Returns & Exchanges

Every AVRA piece is individually numbered, commissioned, and logged. Because of this, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. After this window, we offer a case-by-case buy-back review at any time. If your piece has aged or suffered wear over the years, we also offer a rebuild service, evaluated individually to ensure it meets our standards for renewal.

Our goal is to preserve the longevity and distinction of your AVRA creation for years to come.

Returns

Clients within the continental United States have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging intact. For international clients, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, email info@avracreed.com. Items that do not meet return criteria will not be accepted. Unless otherwise noted by AVRA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
